**About the role**

We're looking for a Scrum Master to join our growing team

**What you’ll do here**:
As a Scrum Master, you play a crucial role in facilitating, shaping and reshaping the Agile process to keep the teams engaged and performant.
- Act as Scrum Master for two squads.
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use the best Agile practices and shape the process to serve the team.
- Form and chaperon teams to the next level of performance and maturity.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by connecting them with the right people in the right places.
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Lead by example.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters.
- Be part of the communities of practice for Scrum Masters.
- Work closely and manage follow ups with various collaborators: Developers, Data Scientists, Data governance, Security, Product Owners and Architecture.

**What you need**:

- Recognized Scrum Master Certification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master and 8 years experience in agile product development.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Experience with a variety of Agile approaches and concepts in a large-scale context.
- At ease with Atlassian suite tools, such as Jira, Confluence.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, and Machine learning concepts are an asset.
