**The team**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Systems Transformation, the Scrum Leader will join a growing and dynamic team and will oversee various projects from analysis, design and implementation to acceptance and go live. This includes coordinating the internal project contributors and representing the group with regards to these projects’ deliverables.

**What your day will look like**:

- Manage project’s scope and timeline for the execution phase
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, retrospective and review/demo)
- Coach the team members on Agile framework and best practice
- Be the point of contact for external communication
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Drive the backlog refinement in close partnership with Project Manager and Product Owner
- Listen actively to identify when someone is blocked and help resoling impediment
- Document obstacles, create action items and follow up in order to keep then team unblocked.
- Perform JIRA administration task such as updating filters, creating dashboards, creating stories, ensure tasks meet the definition of done and help the team keep the sprint board up to date.
- Facilitate effective collaboration, decision-making, issue resolution, and consensus among the team members and dependent teams Handle project timelines, scope, budget, issues, and risks according to defined process, in collaboration with the Project Manager Support the Product Owner in maintaining the Product Backlog and completing the delivery plan
- Develop plans, task lists and interdependencies for cross-department and cross-team projects and manage those plans from project initiation through successful completion
- Follow up on all project resources on a regular basis to obtain status, addressing and escalating issues as needed, clearing obstacles, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining clear communications to stakeholders
- Propose improvements to the Scrum process, and own their implementation with the tea

**About you**:

- Overall 5+ years’ experience as primary Scrum including 3+ years on transformational projects
- Scrum Master certification, Disciplined Agile or Scale Agile Framework a plus
- Experience with at least one ERP, CRM and/or e-commerce software
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, organized, and capable of engaging the project team and keeping them motivated and focused
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, including an ability to change communication style and format depending on the audience
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- A desire to contribute to continuous improvement of an ever-evolving fast-paced environment
- Excellent documentation skills
- Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written

**Great if you have**:

- Administration experience with Jira creating dashboard and reports
- Experience with generating reporting dashboards such as Power BI or other reporting tools
- Experience with Software development processes and business analysis methodologies
