MLSE owns and/or operates all the venues our teams play and train in, including Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, Coca-Cola Coliseum, Ford Performance Centre, BMO Training Ground, and OVO Athletic Centre. We also provide fans in Toronto with incredible live music and entertainment events, as well as exceptional culinary experiences through our restaurants (e11even and RS) and clubs (Hot Stove Club, ScotiaClub and Platinum Club). As part of the Ticket Sales and Membership Team, your primary focus will be selling Premium Music and Live Entertainment products at Scotiabank Arena, Budweiser Stage, HISTORY, and Coca-Cola Coliseum. Our portfolio includes Season Seats, Memberships, Executive Suite Rentals, Group Hospitality and Premium Ticket packages.

  • Meet or exceed established annual Ticket Sales & Service revenue targets(New Business).
  • Meet or exceed established annual Ticket Sales & Service revenue targets (renewals and new business).
  • Drive new Music & Live Lease sales at Scotiabank Arena and Season Seats at Budweiser Stage as well as individual premium tickets and packages across all venues.
  • Renew current LIVE Suiteholder accounts while applying strategy from the given fiscal/calendar year.
  • Driving revenue in strategic ways through cold calling, campaign, hosting and social selling.
  • Developing repeat customers and hosting prospective clients on-site at a wide variety of events.
  • Contributing to a collaborative sales team, driving best-in-class results across MLSE & Live Nation venues.
  • Managing the Ticketing system including proper ticket administration, reporting, promo codes, and tracking sales.
  • Utilizing Salesforce to track all inbound and outbound activity while consistently delivering on designated performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop prospects through centers of influence, referrals and meetings
  • Ensuring a positive and seamless customer journey from point of purchase, through to event night.
  • Contributing to collaborative projects or service functions as required, in addition to annual sales targets.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales with a consultative, solutions-based approach.
  • An understanding and passion of a sales cycle related to music, live entertainment, special events, high-end memberships, and associated client demographics.
  • Displays confidence and ability to make sales calls, building a natural rapport and trust with others (inside and outside of the organization).
  • A positive-minded and natural self-starter with a proven track record in over-delivering on sales targets and goals.
  • Experience using the Archtics ticketing system is considered a plus.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform with an awareness of effective sales pipeline management is considered a plus.
  • Effective interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering the highest level of client experience and an innate ability to build key relationships within and outside of the organization.
  • An understanding of leveraging social networks and developing effective sales campaigns to drive revenue.
  • Thrives under pressure in a high-energy environment with a strong ability to pivot in changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Alignment with our Vision and Values which includes a positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • A postgraduate degree or diploma in a business-related discipline preferred.
