Position Overview:
Client-focused, solution-driven and passionate about all things digital, the Digital Account Director is responsible for tactical leadership across all client digital initiatives. Reporting to the SVP, Client Services of Dentsu Creative, you are an integral member of the Account team by ensuring that day-to-day digital client contact and cross-functional team operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide digital strategic leadership to identify growth opportunities in collaboration with client and internal teams.
- In collaboration with product and creative leadership groups across the network, plan, structure and lead digital engagements based on client needs.
- Responsible for day-to-day digital client contact and cross-functional team operations.
- Manage and foster relationships with key digital clients, liaising with them regularly.
- Oversee internal digital team and lead majority of client communications, set expectations, and manage quality of deliverables to deadline.
- Oversee client budget management and billing process while contributing to forecasting estimates.
- Preparing reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Establish and oversee client-specific processes to ensure budget and timeline efficiencies and the highest quality of deliverables.
- Manage all financial metrics related to the client – billability, utilization and revenue forecasts.
- Provide strategic direction for website-related initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in a management position, ideally in an agency environment, leading multiple top-tier clients across their digital campaign and development initiatives.
- Experience across a range of verticals including Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharma and Financial.
- A strong leader who understands how to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organization with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
- Experience in account planning, budget forecasting and financial reporting.
- A proven track record of interacting and fostering relationships with clients.
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies and platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Extensive experience directing clients with Website and App related projects.
The salary range for this position is $100k-115k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
