The Senior Brand Manager will lead the strategy and execution of the Cardiovascular portfolio in Canada, with a particular focus on the Praluent business objectives. This role involves defining the product vision, prioritizing user stories, and executing initiatives to validate hypotheses and continuously improve customer experience and outcomes. The incumbent will collaborate internally across functions and globally to maximize value for patients, customers, and Sanofi. Gathering insights from various stakeholders and data sources to drive iterative product improvements is crucial.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of the Cardiovascular prioritized portfolio, focusing on Praluent business objectives.
  • Define the product vision, prioritize user stories, and execute initiatives to validate hypotheses.
  • Collaborate across functions within Commercial and with global teams to maximize value for patients, customers, and Sanofi.
  • Gather insights from internal teams, public and internal data, and stakeholder interactions to inform decision-making and product improvements.
  • Responsible for forecasting, financial forecasts/budgets input, demand/supply management, and expense management for the therapeutic area.
  • Drive continuous improvement using new ways of working, digital tools, and external data-driven insights.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Cardiovascular strategies and tactics through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with global teams to support the brand vision for Praluent.
  • Achieve launch targets for Praluent line extensions and manage expense budgets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market and competitive dynamics.
  • Adopt agile ways of working to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Execute the Omnichannel strategy for Praluent.
  • Co-create persona-based messaging and journeys for targeted customer engagement.
  • Use data-driven insights for forward-looking strategies and impact measurement.
  • Leverage digital tools for personalized customer engagement.
  • Ensure clear understanding and management of financial forecasts.
  • Prioritize the utilization of global tools and insights for local adaptation.

About You

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years commercial experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical marketing in the Canadian market.
  • Technical marketing skills and stay abreast of new marketing trends.
  • Direct experience with external customers and stakeholders is an asset.
  • Experience with digital tools, social media, and omnichannel.
  • Working knowledge of reimbursement on provincial and private payer level.
  • Experience working in an Agile team preferred.
