Our client, a boutique insurance brokerage, is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager who will be responsible for managing client portfolios, responding to inquiries, providing expert guidance on insurance coverage, and nurturing positive relationships with both clients and insurers.

**This position requires an active RIBO licence and at least 1 year of experience within an Insurance Brokerage**

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service to clients, handling inquiries, new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.

- Meet with clients visiting the office and assist colleagues to avoid delays.

- Review pending renewals, advise clients on coverage options, and document all discussions.

- Remarket policies to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage, offering discounts and comparisons when appropriate.

- Advise clients of underwriting concerns and negotiate favorable terms.

- Ensure timely issuance of certificates and binders for late renewals.

- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring no accounts remain overdue for more than 30 days.

- Notify clients of upcoming direct bill due dates and amounts.

Qualifications:

- An active RIBO Licence

- At least 1 year of experience in personal line insurance and client service

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
