Position Title: Rehabilitation Clinic ReceptionistDivision: NHC Capital Wellness ClinicJob Status: Full-timeLocation: 2283 St. Laurent Blvd.Reporting to the Clinic Manager or designate, the Rehabilitation Clinic Receptionist is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of clinical operations, which includes greeting clients, managing files, answering phones, booking appointments, providing knowledge-based opinions, managing insurance claims, increasing repeat business as well as being the right-hand in all things governing the smooth operations of the clinic. The successful candidate must be a great communicator, well-organized, and a quick thinker.RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer phones, book appointmentsBuild clinic loyalty by exceeding service expectations and relationship-buildingWelcome and greet clients upon arrivalFollow proper office procedures/file maintenanceEnsure the clinic is clean and laundry done at all timesDaily financial reconciliationGeneral administrative and clerical supportOther duties as assigned by the Director or designateJOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:2+ years of customer interaction in a professional role, either face-to-face or over the phoneExperience using Booker or other scheduling programs will be considered an assetExperience working in a clinical environment will be considered an assetFluency, both spoken and written in English and French, is highly valued.Insurance processing experience is an assetAbility to work a flexible scheduleAbility to navigate multiple computer systemsHigh degree of accuracy in clerical data entry functionsExcellent communication skillsProfessional and matureEasily approachableSelf-starterMotivated by client engagementTakes pride in their workSuperior customer serviceExudes team spiritBENEFITS:Flexible scheduleProfessional and safe work environmentClosing Date: Position remains open until filled.Note:We thank all applicants for their submissions.
