Senior Management Consultant to Support the Adoption of a Dynamics CRM System within the Public Sector

Our valued Public Sector client is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to support the adoption of a Dynamics CRM system.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a detailed work plan based on the change agenda and how the various changes will need to be implemented.
  2. Create specific change management plans with respect to training and orientation of employees for each major change/project.
  3. Provide Knowledge Transfer to staff.
  4. Conduct an assessment of change impact and requirements.
  5. Identify deviations in performance from the change standards and implement strategies for corrective action to achieve organizational adoption to change.
  6. Develop change management and communications strategies and plans for each project.
  7. Lead options assessment workshops with the team.
  8. Monitor Development team task list against project schedules and Change Management plans.
  9. Maintain work plan for the team.
  10. Analysis and development of business "critical success factors".
  11. Lead change impact analysis and change management activities.
  12. Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions.
  13. Developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and framework.
  14. Designing and conducting a change readiness assessment in order to plan and carry out a change management strategy.
  15. Developing performance measurement/evaluation frameworks.
  16. Developing Change Management & Communications Plan including internal emails to be provided prior to testing, training, and releases. External website updates, short videos, etc.
  17. Create User Feedback Report based on a survey of users (internal and external); report will be provided to Executive Management.
  18. Create plan for training the project’s business clients. This plan will be used to inform communications and the project schedule.
  19. Meet Business teams to lead IT contributions to change management documents.
  20. Complete a readiness checklist before each implementation.

Must Haves:

  1. 8+ years experience leading Change initiatives.
  2. Active Reliability clearance.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and application of Change Management strategy and principles.
  4. Proven ability to assess organization readiness for change, develop appropriate Change Management interventions, and influence the proposed change.

Nice to Haves:

  1. Has a valid change management certification from an organization such as Prosci or APMG.
