Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks, including excelling in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Coordinate vendor relationships and maintain office supplies inventory
- Organizational filing
- Maintain a professional reception area, welcoming visitors and clients
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor office expenses
- Oversee payroll activities and ensure accurate record-keeping
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficiency in using office phone systems and other communication tools
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Experience in all aspects of Microsoft Office and Sage is a plus
- Familiarity with front desk operations, clerical tasks, and training development
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
