The Role

As the Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager at ArtistOnGo, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new users and guide them through our customer journey funnel to become loyal and valuable customers. . We are looking for a hands-on professional with a proven track record in scaling acquisition channels, upselling customer and optimizing retention tactics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in startup environments and a passion for driving growth through customer segmentation and innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to acquire and retain users, with a focus on driving sustainable growth.
Lead digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social, email,SEM, and SEO.
Analyze engagement metrics to improve performance to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
Create customer journey segments and develop strategies to move customers through each stage of the lifecycle.
Identify and execute partnership opportunities with influencers, industry brands, communities and organizations to expand our reach and grow our user base.
Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the product, CS and other teams to develop and launch new features and enhancements that drive user activation and engagement
Management and implement marketing tracking across the organization

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in growth marketing roles, with a focus on lifecycle marketing, B2B marketing or marketplace marketing.
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing acquisition channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau or similar.
Experience managing customer segmentation through CRM platforms (hubspot experience preferred)
Experience working in startup environments, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on driving measurable outcomes.
Fluent English
