Sales Director

- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or managed services industry.

- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, revenue projection, and the ability to develop data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and close client relationships effectively.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data and using it to inform decisions and strategy adjustments.
- Proactive leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate challenges with creative solutions.
- Adaptability to market changes and evolving business needs.
- A customer-centric focus, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage team dynamics and foster a positive team environment.
- Compensation between $80,000 to $120,000.
- Commission structure tied to sales and revenue targets.
