We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our senior leadership team (L10), expand our client base, and build a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities : Join the senior leadership team and contribute to the overall business strategy. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Handle revenue forecasting and projections to support company growth. Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they hit individual and team KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation efforts and ensure alignment between sales and marketing goals. Analyze sales data, adjust tactics accordingly, and provide insights to improve overall performance. Establish and monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or managed services industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales team. Strong understanding of sales forecasting, revenue projection, and the ability to develop data-driven strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and close client relationships effectively. Proficient in analyzing sales data and using it to inform decisions and strategy adjustments. Personality Traits & Soft Skills : Proactive leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team. Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate challenges with creative solutions. Adaptability to market changes and evolving business needs. A customer-centric focus, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention. High emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage team dynamics and foster a positive team environment. Compensation : Compensation between $80,000 to $120,000. Commission structure tied to sales and revenue targets.
