Capital Ford Lincoln Regina has a permanent full-time position open for a Service Advisor


The Service Advisor acts as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers facilitating a transparent and seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive
  • Determine vehicle needs based on customer information, vehicle walk-around, visual inspection and test drive if required
  • Educate and assist customers in coordinating recommended maintenance of their vehicle
  • Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for all diagnosis, vehicle repairs and recommended maintenance services
  • Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency
  • Ensure proper authorization from customers for all work/diagnosis performed
  • Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
  • Check on progress of vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals & the targeted customer satisfaction index
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
  • Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines
  • Ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly and communicate the results with the customer
