Salary: Our salaries generally range from $52286.89 to $65358.61 and are based on qualifications and experience.

About the role
Join the Servicing team, with focus on the coordination of the day-to-day work related to servicing Multi-Unit mortgage loan insurance applications and Programs applications. As a Bilingual Senior Administrator, you will coordinate and communicate with clients/lenders to ensure timely processing of requests while providing exceptional client experience. You will support management and colleagues in a range of activities related to cost allocation, reconciliation, payment of invoices, reporting and analysis.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate all activities, policies and procedures related to the successful operation of the multi-unit servicing project/portfolio for assigned projects.
- Coordinate operational requests with outsourced technical service providers and relevant processes.
- Effectively manage and maximize the timely processing of requests.
- Ensure all requests include necessary information to allow fulfillment within established parameters.
- Create and maintain proper records and spreadsheets to track recoveries, revenues and expenses and ensure application to appropriate budget lines, initiatives, contracts or projects.
- Contribute data, information and analysis to senior colleagues and management.
- Review and update account access, SharePoint administration, etc.
- Monitor group mailbox and assign tasks, as required.
What you should have:
- A college diploma with at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in an administrative level position or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- A strong knowledge in Business Administration and analytics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills enabling the balance of workloads and the prioritization of requests to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to function in a sophisticated technological environment using tools such as spreadsheets, databases, applications as well as consolidation and reporting tools, such as the Microsoft Suite and PowerBI.
- High level of interpersonal skills (tact, judgment, diplomacy, professionalism, political sensitivity) and the ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written).
- A demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Bilingualism (English and French).
It would be great if you also had:
- Knowledge or experience working with CRM.
