As a Service Coordinator in Moncton, you will efficiently scheduling work for the shop, ensuring the shop is streamlined and customer focused day to day.

The successful candidate will be performing the following duties:

  • Respond promptly to phone or email inquiries for service and rental processes, providing exceptional customer service and obtaining necessary signatures on rental documents.
  • Review completed yard checks to ensure all units are accounted for, maintaining and documenting on-site inventories of trailers, and communicating findings with the Operations Team daily.
  • Coordinate with the Check-In Coordinator to ensure timely processing of unit check-ins and check-outs, collaborating with the Operations Team to prioritize units needing repairs and creating work orders accordingly.
  • Update and create chargeback cases for inbound units in the system as necessary, communicating with customers regarding repairs and maintenance and providing updates as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and communicating within-house mobile operations, creating mobile cases as required, and dispatching mobile units to service calls, ensuring a timely response.
  • Support the Lead Hand and Service Manager in ordering and tracking new license plates, as well as printing off new rentals and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

To be successful you’ll need to have the following skills and abilities:

  • Knowledge of trailer/transportation industry
  • Previous experience in an automotive or transport service setting (asset)
  • Experience with Salesforce (asset)
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
