Position: Store Manager

Immediate Reports: Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associates


Responsibilities
  1. Achieve requested sales results and manage store tasks
  2. Adhere to Visual plans and use good judgment for product placement to achieve best sales
  3. Recruit, hire and train the skills of an Assistant Store Manager for eventual promotion to Store Manager
  4. Monitor trends in cooking and tabletop items
  5. Follow marketing guidelines for the implementation of various promotions
Skills
  1. 3-5+ years of retail management
  2. Demonstrates exceptional customer service
  3. Ability to manage staff
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees and the public
  5. Ability to work in a team environment
