The Branch Manager will be responsible for oversight of day-to-day branch operations within a specified geography. The Branch Manager will ensure that recruitment and service delivery exceed expectations on a consistent basis. Key requirements for this role include prior experience with managing teams, providing service delivery, recruitment, collaboration and team work; problem solving; meeting deadlines; self-management and strong commitment to excellent customer service.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Provide leadership and support to the branch coordination team.
  2. Maintain an excellent working relationship with NDC and external referral sources.
  3. Ensure that recruitment is meeting service delivery expectations.
  4. Engage and collaborate with Area Director to learn and understand trending problems within the branch.
  5. Liaise with the Shared Services Team to resolve payroll and billing issues.
  6. Responsible for managing AP and petty cash functions.
  7. Responsible for managing health and safety processes in the branch.
  8. Other duties as required to appropriately support new business opportunities.
  9. Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.
  10. Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
  11. Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.
  12. Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
  13. Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
  14. Complete other tasks as requested.

Job Qualification

Education
Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or healthcare.

Experience
Three (3) or more years of relevant experience managing a team within a service delivery environment with scheduling a remote workforce. Healthcare industry experience would be an asset. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM software as well as scheduling systems are a definite asset.

Can effectively communicate with numerous branch staff with differing levels of knowledge, background and ability. Can influence behaviors, as appropriate, to achieve desired results. Works effectively to deliver desired outcomes within tight timelines. Delivers timely, accurate, and thorough results. Effectively manages multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a strong asset. Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills.
