Le Mercure Rif Nador est un hôtel 4 étoiles moderne et contemporain aux inspirations locales. Situé au bord de la lagune en plein centre ville de Nador, l’établissement à ouvert ses portes en Juin 2014.
Doté d’une belle piscine surplombant l’océan, l’hôtel propose 210 chambres dont 65 appartements, des restaurants aux saveurs diverses, un centre de remise en forme et un Spa.
Situé à 25 km de l’Aéroport de Nador, l’hôtel dispose d’infrastructures adaptées pour accueillir les personnes à mobilité réduite, un parking gratuit et surveillé 24h/24.
Description du poste
Principales Responsabilités
- Gérer et superviser les opérations quotidiennes du service de comptabilité
- Surveiller et analyser les données comptables et produire des rapports ou états financiers
- Atteindre les objectifs de comptabilité financière
- Gestion des diverses déclarations, dans le respect des délais
- Participation à la constitution des Budgets
- Etablissement du compte d'exploitation analytique mensuel et des documents de gestion (commentaires, analyses, situation de trésorerie...)
- Révision des comptes, clôture de l’exercice (préparation pour les experts comptables)
- Mise en œuvre et suivi des tableaux de bords mensuels
- Maintenir une veille constante sur les évolutions en matière de droit comptable et fiscal et proposer les aménagements nécessaires des processus internes
- Suivi des procédures internes et en concevoir
- Préparation des dossiers pour les commissaires aux comptes pour fin d'année
- Règlement des fournisseurs dans le respect des délais
- Encadrement d’une équipe de comptables et leur attribuer des projets pour assurer la conformité et l'exactitude
Exigences du Poste
- Licence en Comptabilité ou Finances
- Expérience professionnelle avérée en tant que Chef comptable ou responsable financier
- Compétences informatiques avancées sur MS Office, logiciels de comptabilité et bases de données
- Capacité à manipuler de grandes quantités de données
- Connaissance avérée des principes, pratiques, normes, lois et réglementations en matière de tenue de livres et de comptabilité
- Une grande attention aux détails et à la précision
- Capacité à diriger et superviser une équipe
- Maîtrise du logiciel Opera
- Maîtrise du pack MS Office
- Maîtrise parfaite du Français à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Flexibilité, polyvalence, esprit analytique ainsi qu'une connaissance des opérations sont requis pour ce poste
- Expérience exigée dans l'hôtellerie (une expérience au sein du groupe ACCOR est considérée comme un avantage)
