About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Management Executive to join our global brokerage team at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, managing a portfolio of accounts, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new sales opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including producers and account executives, to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Provide expert advice to clients on risk management and insurance solutions, ensuring they have the best possible protection for their business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the latest insights and advice.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in client management, account management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of risk management and insurance principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
