About the Role:
As the Sales Manager, you will oversee and lead the sales operations for RVs, Off-Road Vehicles (ORVs), motorcycles, used cars, and boats. Your primary objective is to maximize sales revenue and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the power sports industry, effective leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the power sports or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and market trends.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of inventory management and market analysis.
Skills:
- Sales Leadership: Guide, train, and support the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Team Management: Hire, train, motivate, and mentor a successful sales team, ensuring ongoing training and performance evaluations.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales processes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels based on market demand and sales forecasts.
- Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential risks.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights on sales performance and market trends.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00a.m- 5:00p.m; Saturdays 10:00a.m - 2:00p.m
