Our client, a regulatory body, is currently in search of an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing administrative support and implement bylaws, regulations, policies, and procedures for members within a customer service-oriented setting.
What you'll be doing:
- Reviewing and recommending updates for applications to meet regulations, policies, and deadlines.
- Drafting accurate, professional communications like forms, letters, and website updates.
- Updating and organizing records, including details on name changes, closures, and contacts.
- Providing responsive service to clients through emails and calls, ensuring inquiries are addressed regarding registration.
- Assisting with annual regulatory tasks dues and license renewals.
- Supporting departmental projects and offering expertise as needed.
What you need:
- A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Business or related field.
- Experienced in administration and customer service, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, background in regulatory or membership organizations is preferred.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint, with knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI as a plus.
