- Attending community events outside of the Pride month e.g Rainbow Senior’s pride
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for community event related inquiries
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with community members, community partners and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to change to include; floating around the festival footprint to help support and manage the community prides during the festival
- Assist with festival delivery and ensure any assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience in event planning, community outreach or a similar role is preferred
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience with project management
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of the 2SLGBTQI+ communities
- A valid G driver’s license
- Familiarity with Pride Toronto
- First Aid and CPR qualified
