The Role

At Attabotics, we’re at the forefront of cutting-edge robotics technology. Our mission is to revolutionize supply chain operations through innovative solutions. As a Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth, building relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Combination of education and minimum of 7+ years of experience
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in robotics, automation, or supply chain technology
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Passion for innovation and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to translate complex system concepts, processes and supply chain flows into quantitative business impacts
  • Experience in warehouse automation, specifically automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) is preferred
  • The ability to work with mathematical concepts and to define complex problems

What We Need

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development and supply chain initiatives
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Showcase our robotics products through product videos, spec sheets, and real-world customer examples
  • Utilize strategic upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
  • Sales Performance:
  • Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets
  • Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding our customer base and market presence
  • The ability to travel based on business needs domestically and internationally up to 25%
