_As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain management and execution at the Winnipeg site. Your role will encompass the oversight of our warehouse, ensuring effective inventory controls are adhered to, and streamlining operations planning and logistics. _
- You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiencies and synergies across our business unit by leveraging our ERP platform (Dynamics365)._
- Key Responsibilities_
- _Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, logistics, and distribution._
- _Implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs._
- _Lead operations planning, resource allocation, and production scheduling._
- _Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and productivity._
- _Ensure effective use of the ERP system to streamline operations and provide accurate real-time data for decision-making._
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals._
- _Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence._
- _Monitor key supply chain metrics and implement strategies to achieve targets._
- _Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards._
- Qualifications_
- _7-10 years supply chain management._
- _Strong ERP / supply chains systems._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
