Le Conseil Multiculturel du Nouveau-Brunswick (CMNB) agit en tant qu'organisation bilingue à but non lucratif, regroupant les agences établies de services aux immigrants ainsi que les associations multiculturelles/ethnoculturelles établies et émergentes dans la province. Depuis sa création, le CMNB a joué un rôle consultatif clé auprès des gouvernements fédéral, provincial et municipal sur des questions liées au multiculturalisme, à l'immigration, à l'établissement et à l'intégration des nouveaux arrivante-s ainsi qu'à l’intégration au marché du travail. La communauté multiculturelle valorise également le CMNB en tant qu'organecentral de coordination et de renforcement des capacités, favorisant l'efficacité, évitant la duplication des services et permettant un échange de meilleures pratiques et autres ressources par le biais de son réseau d'organisations, de contacts, de partenaires et de parties prenantes. Le CMNB a contribué de manière significative au succès de l’immigration dans la province depuis plus de 41 ans et est la plus ancienne organisation faîtière dans les provinces de l'Atlantique.
Le CMNB recherche désormais son prochain Directeur-trice exécutif-ve qui défendra sa mission d'enrichir et de faire croître les communautés et d'améliorer la qualité de vie au Nouveau-Brunswick en permettant aux nouveaux arrivant-e-s et aux membres de la communauté multiculturelle de participer pleinement et de prospérer dans la société.
Responsabilités clés / Ce que le rôle implique
Relevant du-de la président-e du Conseil et du Conseil d'administration, en tant que Directeur-trice exécutif-ve, vous devrez :
- Fournir un leadership stratégique et opérationnel pour réaliser la mission et les priorités stratégiques de l’organisation, et pour garantir le succès et la durabilité du CMNB.
- Défendre et exécuter le plan stratégique récemment établi. Vous gérerez efficacement le budget de l'organisation et dirigerez, motiverez et engagerez une équipe talentueuse et dévouée.
- Identifier et mettre en oeuvre des solutions novatrices pour améliorer l'efficacité et la portée des programmes et services du CMNB.
- Construire et renforcer les relations du CMNB avec ses membres, les autres agences, les organisations communautaires, les bénévoles, la communauté locale ainsi que les partenaires financiers et fournisseurs de subventions fédéraux, provinciaux et locaux qui permettent le travail important du CMNB.
- Plaider en faveur des politiques et des initiatives qui soutiennent le multiculturalisme, l'immigration et l'intégration des nouveaux arrivant-e-s.
- Servir en tant qu'ambassadeur-drice passionné-e et convaincant-e du CMNB.
- Assurer une forte présence et une voix claire de l'organisation dans la communauté locale et au-delà.
Profil du-de la candidat-e idéal-e
En tant que candidat-e idéal-e, vous êtes un-e leader dynamique, collaboratif-ve et inclusif-ve, apportant énergie, vision stratégique et expérience en gestion de personnes, budgets, projets et programmes dans un environnement complexe à partenaires multiples. Vous avez une expérience de travail avec des conseils d’administration. Vous êtes un-e communicateur-trice exceptionnel-le en anglais et en français, un-e défenseur-drice et porte-parole convaincant-e de votre organisation, capable de motiver et d’inspirer ceux qui vous entourent à travailler vers une vision commune. Vous savez naturellement établir des relations et êtes reconnu-e pour gagner rapidement la confiance et créer des partenariats significatifs et efficaces avec le gouvernement, les membres et les partenaires communautaires. Vous êtes un-e décideur-euse confiant-e, assurant que vos choix sont bien informés par les priorités des membres et de l’organisation. Vous êtes agile dans la supervision des opérations et vous améliorez continuellement l’organisation pour atteindre ses objectifs à long terme. Diplomate et ingénieux-se, vous connaissez bien les modèles de financement et les fournisseurs de subventions des organisations à but non lucratif. Vous êtes un-e leader hautement efficace, investi-e pleinement dans les initiatives auxquelles vous croyez. Vous êtes passionné-e par la promotion du multiculturalisme au Nouveau-Brunswick et êtes prêt-e à faire une différence.
