Our client is seeking an Intermediate Contract Administrator to review, issue and audit RFS, RFP, contract change orders and amendments to proposals within the insurance industry. (Remote)

Must Haves:

  1. 7+ years of Contract Management experience
  2. Experience reviewing and issuing RFPs, RFSs and contracts
  3. Experience with amending and evaluating proposals
  4. Experience auditing existing expenditure and billed costs aligned to contracts
  5. Receipt, invoice, variance reporting and management in Azure DevOps ADO
  6. Experience supporting service delivery and contract performance issues
  7. Experience with SLAs

Nice to Haves:

  1. Experience with Azure DevOps ADO

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Experience with contract management, working with service providers, including service delivery, project delivery, and monitoring performance.
  2. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, ongoing activities within tight deadlines and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
  3. Strong investigative, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  4. Works with accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  7. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with all leaders, peers and vendors.
  8. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook. VISIO and Azure DevOps experience is an asset.
