What you’ll do

  • Talent & Development : Support a variety of annual processes (ie. Engagement Survey, Year End Review process)

  • Data Analytics & Metrics: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends related to turnover, engagement, performance, and other key metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to share insights with the HR team and management.

  • HR Generalist Initiatives : Support the HR team with various initiatives including Co-op program, Take Your Kids to Work Day, Health & Safety and other general support.

What experience you need:

  • 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

  • Strong ability to work with G-suite, especially in Google Sheets or similar software.

  • Ability to grasp new technologies

  • Experience using Workday would be considered an asset.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, results-driven, and a can-do attitude.

  • Must demonstrate the highest standard in handling confidential and sensitive information

  • Have a knack and genuine interest in numbers, data and information; keen to dive into HR metrics

  • You bring a strong ability to problem solve and think critically, seeing problems as opportunities to solution and dig-in

  • You take ownership of your work, can prioritize business needs, and take pride in getting things done

  • Experience with Tableau and Looker Studio would be valued.

  • Bilingualism (English and French) would be an asset
