**VIE HR Generalist**

The HR Generalist works in partnership with the HRBP’s of their organisation and with the business interfaces.
The HR Generalist supports the development of organisational capability, the effective implementation of the talent management activities.
The HR generalist ensures the appropriate and effective use of HR processes, both global and local.

Key responsibilities and challenges

**HR Admin activities**. 60%
Support transversal initiatives in coordination with the Center Of Expertise (CoEs) and HR Operations including but not limited to time management, International Mobility, Compensation and Benefit, Talent management. This includes partnering throughout processes of: immigration, relocation, compensation policy related items, correct and successful transactions.

Act as the first point of contact for HR related inquiries from the employees, escalate to HRBP if needed

Ensure internal HRIS is up to date with personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

**Develop Leadership/talent management**. 20 %
They will support the implementation of Leadership development programs, onboarding, critical transitions support, leadership nominations and leaders´ behaviours together with values and ethics.
Assists with the administration and monitoring of performance review cycle (PMC) to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization

Develop and deploy HR key performance indicators/dashboard

**Organizational Capabilities/ other HR intiatives**.20 %
HR Generalist will participate in identifying organizational capabilities gaps and will propose and support the deployment of improvement actions

Contribute to HR legislation monitoring/review

Be part of HR transversal working group at Regional level

Educational Requirements
University degree, majoring in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science or economy

Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice

Fluent in English, written and spoken
