Data Entry Specialist

Notre client est à la recherche d'un Agent en entrée de données. En collaboration avec l'équipe de Paie, cette personne est responsable de la validation des feuilles de temps, de l’entrée de données dans nos différents logiciels ainsi que la gestion des données.


Le poste offre l'opportunité de travailler 4 jours/semaine (soit 4 jours à 32 heures ou ou 5 jours à 40 heures),des avantages sociaux, des REER, 3 semaines de vacances, formation continue, et une belle qualité de vie.


Exigences du poste :

-DEP en comptabilité ou administration, ou toute autre expérience pertinente ;

-Posséder 1+ ans d’expérience en entrée de données ;

-Comfort avec MS Excel (e.g. utiliser les filtres)


Quelques tâches du poste :

-Imprimer, classer et numériser les feuilles de temps des employés ;

-Transmettre les demandes de congés des employés à la paie ;

-Comparer les feuilles de temps reçues avec les rapports de poinçons des clients ;

-Communiquer avec les gestionnaires et/ou employés s’il y a des écarts et corriger au besoin ;

-Entrer les heures dans le système de paie selon le bon de travail auquel est attitré l’employé ;

-Valider que les demandes de congés des employés soient reflétées sur les feuilles de temps des employés et leur demander de compléter les formulaires de demandes de congés le cas échéant ;

-Communiquer avec les superviseurs ou employés afin d’obtenir les informations manquantes et faire le suivi de diverses demandes en lien avec les transactions de la paie ;

-Traiter, valider et transmettre les comptes de dépenses à la paie ;

-Attribuer les diverses primes requises aux employés selon leur quart de travail, leur poste, leur lieu de travail ;

-Tenir à jour le fichier Excel des horaires et primes de chaque employé ;

-S’assurer que chaque transaction comporte l’approbation appropriée et soit conforme aux lois et aux conditions d’emploi de l’entreprise ;

-Transmettre les formulaires aux fournisseurs ;

-Saisir les changements aux dossiers employés, dresser des listes, rapports, tableaux et effectuer des recherches dans le but d’obtenir des informations pour compléter les dossiers, en assurer le suivi et la mise à jour dans le logiciel de paie ;

-Remplacer les techniciennes à la paie pendant les vacances/absences
