At Cole International, we are seeking a highly skilled Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customs clearance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of customs clearances for various types of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customs clearances for shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
  • Collaborate with trade chain partners, including customers, carriers, and suppliers, to affect validation and final accounting of customs entries
  • Perform data entry and research to ensure accurate and timely customs clearances
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade chain partners to ensure seamless customs clearance processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in customs clearance software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
