As a Configuration & Data Management Specialist at L3Harris Technologies, you will play a critical role in managing requests for data export and import from the Department of National Defence and several L3 Harris services and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities- Project Documentation Management: Participate in the management of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Database Management: Physically and electronically manage databases, maintaining data integrity and security.
- Policy Compliance: Maintain an understanding of and ensure compliance with applicable L3Harris policies and procedures.
- Archiving and Inventory Management: Coordinate archiving activities, including deposits, retrieval, and inventory maintenance.
- Process Feedback and Improvement: Provide continued and constructive process feedback for business process development.
- Special Projects: Perform other duties and special projects as required.
- Documentation Management Experience: 6 years of experience in the management of documentation.
- Document Management and Control: Experience in document management and control, including the use of commercial software tools.
- Administrative and Computer Skills: Strong administrative and computer skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and consistency are essential.
- Independence and Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently with minimal direction and possess problem-solving skills.
- Configuration Management: Experience in Configuration Management in a defense or aeronautic environment is an asset.
- Software Knowledge: Knowledge of the Enovia PLM and SAP systems is an asset.
- Soft Skills: Soft skills, including bilingualism, strong team player, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word and Excel.
- Controlled Goods Program: Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.
- Government of Canada Reliability Status: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO SECRET security clearance.
- U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR): Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Transportation: For on-site positions, our location is not accessible by public transport, and car/carpooling is required.
