Description: Launched in the dynamic digital agency, the Account Director oversees client relationships and drives success through strategic planning, project management, and personalized communication. With a strong focus on client satisfaction and portfolio growth, the role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional listening skills, digital expertise, and a proven track record in delivering successful projects. This is a key position that involves collaborating closely with the project management and sales teams to drive business growth and foster long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital best practices, technologies, and trends, as well as excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in French. As a remote worker based in North America, the applicant must be available during Montreal working hours, use tools like Slack to stay engaged with the team, and possess exceptional self-management and proactive communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow client accounts.
- Ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Identify and cultivate key relationships and growth opportunities in line with the agency's services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency setting or professional services.
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Proven track record in the management and delivery of successful client portfolio projects.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presentations.
- Experience in team supervision or management.
