Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of 25 to 30 unionized employees.
  • Assume all human resources management responsibilities.
  • Identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve objectives and share best practices within the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement using problem management solutions.
  • Exemplify leadership through the values and vision of Bombardier Aeronautics.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with several years of experience in methods and/or quality teams, particularly in quality assurance, project management, problem solving, and/or continuous improvement.
  • You possess excellent management skills.
  • You demonstrate good judgment, flexibility, and a results-oriented mindset, able to work with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines.
  • You have a strong sense of initiative and are ready to collaborate with a winning team.
  • You exhibit good organizational skills and possess excellent technical knowledge.
  • You have a talent for communication and leadership.
  • You can work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • You have good communication skills in English (bilingualism is an asset).
