**In your role, you will**:

- Establish strategies with the director in order to achieve the objectives of the quality team
- Participate in the creation of master plans, be the Leader and the resource person for the team's major projects
- Represent the quality team and participate in the various initiatives of the production teams
- Establish the manpower requirements of the quality team by sector based on the operational requirements
- Support Leaders on the establishment of workforce strategies
- Prepare monthly quality presentations for the monthly reviews of the production sectors, participate in the reviews and present the quality results of the sector
- Support new Leaders in their technical knowledge of quality and all other daily tasks
- Be the resource person to ensure a good link between the Central Qualities teams and the site, participate in deployments of new/modified procedures
- Follow up on the corrective actions raised at the sites
- Quality point of contact for various day-to-day assistance needs at the site
- Perform trend analysis to better identify areas or processes that need improvement, make recommendations and present results to management.
- Lead and facilitate problem solving activities with the various sites or internal stakeholders and ensure knowledge transfer
- You must have strong management skills and an extensive Aerospace experience ;
- You have 10 years of experience in aerospace and quality system.
- You have a college degree diplôma or equivalent experience ;
- You must have values and a vision wich conforms with the company's philosophy
- You are bilingual (french and english);
- You have good communication skills and the required flexibility to work with different teams ;
- You can work within very tight deadlines ;
