Your Role and Contributions

  • Oversee a team of Quality Control professionals tasked with ensuring adherence to our Quality System requirements and existing regulations, implementing mechanisms to guarantee product and process conformity in alignment with company priorities.
  • Develop and monitor corrective actions while identifying preventive measures to support our KPIs and SLAs through effective problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead a responsive and efficient team that promptly addresses the Quality team's activities, fostering relationships with internal stakeholders and strategically navigating available resources.
  • Mentor, develop, and nurture talent within your team, addressing the individual needs of team members.
  • Establish a safe, healthy, and ethical work environment for your team.

Key Qualifications for Success

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality role.
  • A professional degree in Engineering – Aeronautical, Industrial, or Mechanical.
  • Demonstrated competencies in Accountability, Transparency, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Customer Orientation, Decision-Making, Driving Success, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Development, Engagement, Ethical Leadership, Change Management, Team Leadership, Operational Excellence, Performance Management, Problem Solving, Direction Provision, Quality Focus, and Team Collaboration.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 standards, inspection tools and techniques, lean manufacturing principles, executive reporting, KPI definition and management, and SAP.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
