Leader Supplier Quality Assurance

**In your role, you will**:

- Manage the team responsible for suppliers conformity to manufacturing processes (special processes) and to quality system requirements
- Ensure team performance to accomplish all required tasks and mandates
- Review and approve travel plan for all supplier audits
- Ensure team development
- Approve the annual plan for supplier evaluation activities
- Assign tasks to team members and manage team workload
- Develop the annual master plan of projects to improve our internal business processes
- Define annual budget for the team
- Occasional travel to suppliers
- You hold a bachelor degree
- You have experience related to the special processes for the manufacturing of aerospace metallic parts (heat treat, welding, shot peen, machining, assembly, chemical processing, corrosion protection)
- You have strong leadership, teamwork, problem solving, flexibility and project management skills
- You have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in aerospace industry
- You are able to manage multiple tasks
- You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) both in French and English
- You have experience with suppliers interactions
- You have some knowledge of Nadcap, AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards
