We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Content Coordinators to join our roster to help support our clients in the GTA on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with hybrid work opportunities within the Greater Toronto Area. As a Content Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing project deliverables, coordinating digital assets, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Project Deliverables: Manage copy, assets, asset tagging, and file preparation for publishing to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Evaluate Project Requirements: Support the development of critical paths for project timelines.
  • Project Management: Build and maintain project details and requirements using tools like Trello.
  • Traffic Change Requests: Identify and manage change requests efficiently.
  • Translation Coordination: Oversee all copy translation requirements.
  • Digital Asset Coordination: Handle tasks related to image sourcing and purchasing, DAM library updates, assigning taxonomy and metadata to assets, and trafficking asset files.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate and execute customer-facing email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with Partners: Work closely with internal and external partners including Marketing, Creative Studio, and e-Commerce teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks for digital content to ensure optimal file size for acceptable page load times and compliance with AODA/WCAG standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Support digital content performance tracking and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the intake and trafficking of assets (videos, project files, images, copy, and other key components), encoding, transcoding, applying metadata, asset tagging and taxonomy, ensuring the quality of the assets, and meeting content standards.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of multi-media production practices, technology, and terminology, gained through a combination of education and experience.
  • Systems Proficiency: Experience with DAM, Content Management (AEM is preferred), and Project Management systems. Working knowledge of Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Analytics, and Digital Asset Management software.
  • Skills: Ability to work with designers and web publishers to develop UX/UI content wireframes and tests. Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
