**The Opportunity**

We are on the lookout for a versatile Digital Content Strategist and Creator to join our team. This role is designed for a creative and analytical individual who is passionate about crafting engaging content that resonates with audiences and drives action across various platforms. If you have a talent for direct response ad copy, developing SEO-driven content, optimizing conversion rates through insightful hypotheses, and creating compelling newsletters, webinars, and sales materials, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Multi-Channel Content Creation: Produce engaging and persuasive content for a variety of channels, including direct response ads, blogs, newsletters, webinars, and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
- SEO & CRO Integration: Develop and implement content strategies that not only boost SEO rankings but also enhance conversion rates through data-driven insights and behavioral hypotheses.
- Impactful Storytelling: Utilize analytics to inform content creation, crafting stories that engage, inform, and convert, backed by solid data and research.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution from concept to launch.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate content effectiveness, leveraging metrics to inform future content strategies and achieve maximum impact.
- Client Engagement: Play a key role in client strategy sessions, articulating the value and impact of comprehensive content strategies to achieve client goals.

**What You'll Bring to the Table**
- Broad Experience: 3-5 years of experience in content creation and strategy, with a proven ability to generate content that performs across multiple channels.
- Creative and Analytical Skills: Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, paired with a knack for leveraging data and insights to drive content creation and optimization.
- Innovative Spirit: A passion for digital marketing and content creation, with a constant drive to stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Portfolio Excellence: A robust portfolio that showcases a wide range of content, from persuasive ad copy to in-depth SEO articles and engaging multimedia content.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
