We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Digital Content Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate project deliverables, including copy, assets, asset tagging, and file preparation for publishing, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Evaluate project requirements and support the development of critical paths to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans and requirements using project management/collaboration tools such as Trello.
  • Identify and traffic change requests to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Coordinate all copy translation requirements for multilingual content.
  • Support tasks related to digital asset coordination, including image sourcing and purchasing, DAM library updates, assigning taxonomy and metadata to assets, and trafficking asset files.
  • Coordinate and execute customer-facing email and social media marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners, including Marketing, Creative Studio, and e-Commerce teams, to ensure cohesive content delivery.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks for digital content, ensuring optimal file sizes for acceptable page load times and compliance with AODA/WCAG standards.
  • Support digital content performance tracking and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and content strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on the intake and trafficking of assets (videos, project files, images, copy, and other key components), encoding, transcoding, applying metadata, asset tagging, and taxonomy.
  • Proven ability to ensure the quality of digital assets and meet content standards within a creative department, digital design agency, or retail creative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of multimedia production practices, technology, and terminology gained through a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with DAM, Content Management, and Project Management systems.
  • Ability to work with designers and web publishers to develop UX/UI content wireframes and tests.
  • Working knowledge of Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Analytics, and Digital Asset Management software.
  • Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
