We are looking for an Associate Project Portfolio Manager for our client who meets the following criteria:

  • Language: English
  • Security Clearance: Reliability
  • Location of Work: Hybrid Ottawa HQ – at least once a month and for key sessions with alignment
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Must have experience in supporting the Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to establish and mature strategic portfolio planning framework
  • Must have experience in establishing guiding principles and procedures for the portfolio
  • Must have knowledge of portfolio management methodologies
  • Must have the ability to manage portfolio activities to meet goals
  • Preferred project management professional (PMP) or portfolio management professional (PfMP) certification
  • Entry Level Project/Portfolio Manager: Less than 3 years of experience
  • Must have experience in Agile Methodology
Nice to Have Requirements:
  • PowerBI and other reporting skills
  • Planview Modules, Azure DevOps
  • French language proficiency
