Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensure a primary point of contact is appointed, and act as the key contact or appoint a senior resource.
  • Project Management: Oversee the overall management of assigned projects and programs, ensuring scope, quality, delivery, schedule, resources, and cost are consistently reviewed and status understood.
  • Resource Management: Manage performance-related matters, ensure incidents are documented, and relayed to the appropriate personnel, including talent management.
  • Financial Management: Oversee and monitor ADGA budgets for assigned programs, communicate financial or project-related variances, and forecast potential financial issues.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a customer-facing management role.
  • College degree or diploma in engineering, computer technology, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
