AbouttheRole:

AssociateProject Portfolio Manager supports the Portfolio Strategy& Planning Lead with initiative and project oversight.Supports with alignment facilitation implements required portfoliodelivery and reportingframeworks.



Responsibilities:

  • Partnerswith Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to coordinate strategicportfolioplanning

  • Partnerswith Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to develop criteria forevaluation portfolio andproposals

  • Establishreporting mechanisms (includingDashboards)

  • Performsday to day portfolioactivities

  • Monitorsprogress budgets and schedules of initiatives andprojects

  • Establishescommunication plan andcalendar


Requirements:

Specific Project Requirements: Strong analytical skills with theability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significantamounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Demonstrated experience in SQL programming is required.Demonstrated experience in ETL is required. Strong knowledge anddemonstrated experience in current and future state data mapping.Carry out data validation and identify and resolve discrepancies(format, content, values). Work with business team members ontroubleshooting Top Skills Required: Strong analytical skills withthe ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminatesignificant amounts of information with attention to detail andaccuracy. Well-rounded experience in the whole data lifecyclemanagement and hands-on experience in the following data managementdomains: dimensional and relational data modeling, data quality,SQL programming (minimum 5 years), ETL development, metadatamanagement and master data management, and business intelligence.Experience with reverse engineering the source to target mapping togain data insights Experience refactoring existing SQL code tonew/alternate data sources. Other Skills Required: Experience withAzure Data Platform technologies or other public cloud offeringsProgramming experience: SQL Experience with Databricks Excellentverbal and written communication, critical thinking, timemanagement, priority planning and interpersonal skills. Ability tounderstand and interpret requirements and design documents Abilityto write and maintain documentation Demonstrated experience workingwith key business stakeholders in areas of Finance, Risk Managementand Insurance Assets: Experience working in an Agileenvironment/team Bilingualism in both official languages (Englishand French) Greater than 5 years of SQL development and refactoringexisting SQL
