If you are a talented and experienced Office Administrator, Aplin has the right opportunity for you Our Yellowknife-based client is seeking an organized and adaptable Administrator to assist with a 2 month contract with potential for extension. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  3. Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  6. Support other departments with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Receptionist and/or Administrator is required.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Experience with a multi-line phone system.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
