RESPONSABILITÉS ET FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES
  1. Maintenir les dossiers des employés (en formats papier et numérique) avec exactitude et gérer adéquatement les données des employés dans les systèmes, notamment le système HRIS, le système de comptabilisation du temps (Timekeeping) et le portail des avantages sociaux.
  2. Préparer les rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels et ponctuels.
  3. Aider au recrutement en l’absence de l’administrateur des talents et de la culture.
  4. Préparer l’intégration des nouveaux employés en s’occupant par exemple des trousses, des dossiers et de divers documents.
  5. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des RH à la réalisation de projets.
  6. Répondre aux demandes des employés.
  7. S’acquitter de tâches administratives (p. ex., vérifications d’emploi, lettres soulignant les principaux jalons d’emploi, classement, saisie de données, ouverture et tri du courrier entrant, surveillance du stock de fournitures et tenue du bureau des RH).
  8. Participer à la réalisation des programmes annuels et aux communications.
  9. Gérer les programmes de prix des employés.
  10. Traiter les factures pour le service des RH.
  11. Gérer la boîte de réception des courriels du service.
  12. Se conformer à toutes les lois et à tous les règlements applicables, de même qu’aux politiques et aux procédures de l’entreprise.
  13. Faire preuve de sensibilité et de tact avec les employés et la direction.
  14. Accomplir d’autres tâches au besoin.

CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET HABILETÉS REQUISES
  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe exigé au minimum.
  • Titre professionnel en ressources humaines, un atout.
  • Deux (2) ans d’expérience en ressources humaines.
  • Bilinguisme (anglais/français) un atout; exigé au Québec.
  • Connaissance des lois fédérales actuelles sur le travail et l’emploi, de l’équité en matière d’emploi, du Code canadien des droits de la personne et du Code canadien du travail, partie II.
  • Expérience des systèmes ATS, HRIS et Timekeeping, un atout.
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles, en gestion du temps, en analyse et en résolution de problèmes, forte attention aux détails et aptitudes à travailler sous supervision minimale.
  • Bonnes aptitudes en gestion des priorités conflictuelles et changeantes.
  • Connaissance intermédiaire de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint et Outlook).
  • Capacités professionnelles en communications orales et écrites et en compréhension de l’écrit.
  • Haut degré de professionnalisme, de confidentialité et de discrétion.
  • Capacité/volonté d’apprendre de nouvelles applications ou de nouveaux logiciels, systèmes et équipements au besoin.
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

Déplacements occasionnels requis.
