Position Description
Implementation Specialist-Human Resources
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the quality implementation and set up of ADP’s HR solution to meet client and HR business requirements Analyze and understand the client’s HR needs in order to properly setup the ADP’s data base Training ,Testing, and validation with the client before the first ‘LIVE’ payroll processing run Managing various accounts from project initiation to close by supporting the client through all phases of the implementation Managing project risks and escalations to resolution Respecting project time linesREQUIREMENTS
Education
Post-secondary and relevant HR educationKnowledge, experience, and skills
Required:
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience Effective communication: verbal and written skills Bilingual is an asset Previous experience working directly with clients Excellent client management, inter personal, and Project Management skills Ability to work independently, resourceful, and be a strong team player Knowledge of ExcelPreferred:
CHRA Certification Project Management knowledge Prior implementation experience Thorough understanding of all Human Resources and payroll functionsAttributes:
