Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager, TD Equipment Finance (TDEF), this position is responsible for managing documentation for new originations and sales support for new clients. Support sales and credit teams, through new origination and sales support processes.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction and execute on plans to improve the customer experience.
  • Leverage proficiency of various software applications/programs to ensure timely and accurate preparation of documentation; strong knowledge of T-Value, PPSA Policy and Registration processes, MS Word and Excel.
  • Service Level focused with a strong attention to detail.
  • Actively Participate in the performance management process including performance reviews, feedback and coaching sessions as well as performance and development discussions.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with internal fulfillment partners in order to maximize efficiency and customer service.
  • A strong team player assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Be knowledgeable of and comply with Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct.
  • Fulfill documentation for sale and pre-audit purposes.
  • Seek knowledge both formal and informal in line with PDP objectives.
  • Follow up on all post sale activities including insurance fulfillment, Thank you letters, scanning and resolving To Be Obtained (TBO) items.
  • Embrace and promote a positive environment that supports a diverse workplace.
  • Responsible for entry and maintenance of Master Credit Approvals/Draws and Loan details into host systems.
  • Actively refer to other business partners both within Business Banking and across TDBFG and respond effectively to reciprocal referrals.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries.
  • Register/Assess transactions for PMSI and review/obtain Search and Waiver as required.
  • Obtain/compile documentation as required to meet AML and CAIQ guidelines.
