**Department Overview**
- The TD Equipment Finance team is a Centre of Excellence within Business Banking. Our mandate is to structure equipment financing (leases and loans) for business clients and prospects as an alternative to other conventional bank sources of financing such as term loans.
- Reporting to the Manager Operations - Documentation Ontario & West, TD Equipment Finance (TDEF), this position is responsible for managing documentation for new originations and sales support for new clients. Support sales and credit teams, through new origination and sales support processes.
- Analysis of incoming transaction packages from Sales, and entry of standard and complex transactions into TDEF's Book of Record.
- Ensure all disbursement conditions have been met at draw submission, clearly identify required security items for funding, provide approval for transaction to proceed.
- Review Lines of Credit in TDEF Book of Record and ensure availability and exposure is calculated correctly
- Evaluate internal support documents for transaction and provide authorization.
- Be knowledgeable of and comply with Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with internal fulfillment partners in order to maximize efficiency and customer service.
- Actively refer to other business partners both within Business Banking and across TDBFG and respond effectively to reciprocal referrals.
- Actively Participate in the performance management process including performance reviews, feedback and coaching sessions as well as performance and development discussions.
- Seek knowledge both formal and informal in line with PDP objectives.
- Embrace and promote a positive environment that supports a diverse workplace.
- A strong team player assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Service Level focused with a strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively while exercising sound judgment
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

**Additional Information**

**5 years Equipment Finance Experience a must.**
College or University graduate preferred.
