Webisoft is currently looking for an Customer Success Specialist located in North America.As a Customer Success Specialist, your expertise in custom software integration, database management, sales, and communication will be crucial in enhancing relationships with new and existing customers.Key Responsibilities:Software Integration: Successfully integrate software solutions with software system's to enable seamless communication and data synchronization.Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, scope requirements, and translate them into tailored software solutions.Software Integration: Lead the strategic integration of new and existing software/ERP system with the company's applications, ensuring a harmonious coexistence and streamlined data flow.Database Management: Utilize your experience with SQL databases to maintain data integrity and optimize software database interactions.Client Facing Point of Contact: Comfortable communicating with clients across various time zones.Qualifications:Curious about software integration across wide-variety of specialized industries.6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in software integration or project management.Certification in computer engineering or equivalent experience.Proficiency in English.
