We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Specialist to join our Customer Success team at Zendesk, Inc. As a Medical Specialist, you will play a critical role in nurturing customer relationships, onboarding customers to our Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, and helping customers set and achieve their success criteria.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- WFM Solution Onboarding: Collaborate with customers to onboard them to our WFM solutions, ensuring a seamless and successful implementation.
- Success Criteria Setting: Work with customers to set and achieve their success criteria, providing guidance and support to ensure they get the most out of our solutions.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to drive revenue expansion.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team to optimize our processes and improve overall efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing B2B accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Team player with experience working remotely.
