An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to join a fast-growing Artificial Intelligence company for the position of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic team.

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support. You will collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to optimize business performance and maximize profitability.

What you will do

· Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis.

· Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

· Build and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making processes and scenario planning.

· Prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial reports to management and key stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.

· Continuously evaluate and enhance FP&A processes and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

· Support special projects and initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making.

· Monitor daily cash activities and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs across the various entities

· Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to optimize cash flows, investment opportunities and foreign exchange conversion

· Collaborate with various departments to gather data, share insights, and drive business initiatives.

What you will need to be successful

· Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred but not required.

· 2-3 years+ of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.

· Proficiency in building and maintaining financial models using Excel or other relevant tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts and insights to non-finance stakeholders.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

· Meticulous attention to details, strong organizational skills and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work.

· Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
